RKSport 2015-2017 Mustang Ram Air Hood Unpainted 18016100

This all American hood is made to fit on your 2015-2017 Ford Mustang. The style and function of RKSport's 18016100 Ram Air Hood captures the air through the low rise scoop and puts it on top of your air box. Furthermore, the set of heat extractors functions to cool your engine, helping increase horsepower and performance.

Fitment:
This all American hood is made to fit on your 2015-2017 Ford Mustang, Mustang GT, and Ecoboost.
It will NOT fit the GT350 and GT350R.



Functionality:
Ram Air hood. The RKSport Mustang Ram Air hood has a built-in Ram Air Kit which is fully functional as cool air enters from the open center scoop and is directed to the air box location.
Heat Extraction. The hood vents are fully functional and work as heat extractors to keep your engine running cooler. The mesh are built into the vents to keep it clean from debris and adds a unique look.

Material:
Fiberglass. The RK Sport Mustang hood is made of hand laid fiberglass, finished on both the top and bottom of the hood with smooth grey gel coat.
Metal Reinforcements. There is a reinforced metal latch & hinge plate for additional safety. The integrated stainless mesh grille completes the look.

Installation:
Direct Replacement. Installation and prep instructions. This hood is made to be a direct bolt on using OEM Hardware.
Hood Pins. Hood pins are highly recommended for all aftermarket hoods, but does not come included. As with all fiberglass hoods; this American muscle car hood requires prep, prime, and paint.
